The estimator prepares cost estimates of probable project costs on materials, equipment, and labor. Estimators base the calculations on quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.  Due to the number of calls,  the fact that we are unable to service every customer, and rising fuel costs and inflation, we do not provide free estimates.  There will be a service charge to cover the above costs, and the fee depends on your project location.  Call us with questions.

Once the estimate has been reviewed and approved, and once the contract is finalized, it will be signed by both parties before any work begins. By signing, both parties indicate that they agree to the project terms, and the contractor has the authority to proceed.

We will work diligently in the building phase of your project to stay on time and budget barring any unaccounted/unforeseen issues, should any arise. We may work with trusted subcontractors; we keep your job on schedule throughout the entire remodel or build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal

This is the last step in any build or remodel. This phase includes site clean-up, systems training, final inspections, and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your satisfaction. After all punch out work or anything you deem needing corrected is completed, we will issue a final completion date. Your warranty period will begin on that date.
